FYI- this is for a P365 with a Mischief Machine Gen2 Commander metal grip module. MM says it fits Macro polymer frame holsters.

I have an extended magazine release on my Sig Sauer P365XL. The top surface of the release sits approximately 1/4 inch above the lowest point of the grip surface and is approximately 1/16 inch forward towards the trigger guard beyond the location of the factory release at the furthest point forward of the triangular shape.
