(Reference email with Chad) If able request the tab holding the screw tension holes on top of slide where plus one pouch is mounted to be molded with bend/curve toward body vice flat (similar to the curve placed in your standard OWB). The current dual point I have is flat/straight and creates an issue on my belt line.
