My P320 XTEN is a full size model slide with the shorter carry grip module from an XTEN Comp. It has also had a manual safety installed. The P320 holster must be molded to accommodate the manual safety, or it won't work with my gun. My P220 is the DA/SA 10mm Legion model, in case that helps at all.
